State Square, a 130-unit residential building with 14,000 square-foot of retail and a 400
car parking garage leads the transformation of the Journal
Square commercial district into a mixed-use neighborhood. The design of the
building takes its palette of beige, brown and limestone-colored brick from
neighboring buildings surrounding the square.
