A striped screen wall of Indiana limestone and brick defines the street side of a
central court that acts as a garden entry to this 150-unit residential building.
Limestone belt courses and window surrounds further embellish the red-orange
iron spot brick that clads the building. Ground floor retail and basement
parking completes the program of this 150,000 square foot building.
