Grove Pointe, an 850,000 square foot mixed-use development with 458 apartments is located above the Grove Street PATH station in Jersey City. The building serves as a transition from the high density downtown to the east and the low-rise residential neighborhood to the west. The façade is rendered in three distinct colors of red, white, and black brick.
