The Constitution

The Constitution, on the Hudson River waterfront, represents
the largest building to be constructed as part of the Hoboken Shipyards
revitalization project at the northern boundary of the city. Two residential buildings
with 325 units bracket a parking garage for residents and a landscaped
deck above. Retail space at ground level fronts on a new marina at the river's
edge.
