Located on the recently opened Hudson River promenade in
Hoboken, this 526-unit residential building occupies a parcel just north of the
PATH station. Included in the $100 million thirteen-story building is 60,000
square feet of retail space and parking for 600 cars. Designed to recall the
great twentieth century warehouses that dot the riverfront, the million square
foot concrete framed masonry building is rendered in a vivid palette of red, yellow
and orange brick.
