One Twenty Four Hudson Street won the Palladio Award for excellence
in the design of residential multi-unit projects. The massing and fenestration
details of this 26-unit loft-style condominium building recall its historic TriBeCa
context. Corrugated metal marquees cap the base of the building at the retail
and lobby, a feature that is common in the district at old warehouse loading
docks.
