This proposed 28-story residential building in Jersey City houses 220
apartments and parking for 200 cars as well as 3,600 square-feet of ground floor
retail. A perimeter of red brick at the corners and top floors of the building
frames a field of punched windows set in contrasting tawny brick. Floor to
ceiling windows at the corners of the building provide contrast to this
predominantly masonry building and afford residents unobstructed views.
