Observer Highway, Hoboken, NJ

This DeWitt Tishman design won a competition for redevelopment of this industrial site organized by the City of Hoboken. A 240-unit residential building will occupy a full block front facing Observer Highway. Color and vertical articulation modulate the façade reducing the scale of the large building to more closely align with buildings in the surrounding mixed neighborhood.
