This 223-unit residential building, with parking for 100 cars and 35,000 square-feet of retail, completes three sides of a city block at the north end of Hoboken. Building height ranges from six to twelve stories to provide a variegated massing, accentuated by protecting bay windows and brick pilasters at the street level.
