Sited on small urban residential lots these freestanding homes represent a new interpretation of the turn-of-the-century classic mansions. Lavishly detailed on both the interior and exterior; the designs reflect our continuous attention to detail.
A wide flight of steps acts as a plinth for monumental brick pilasters with classical limestone detailing that adorn this Baroque inspired yellow brick façade. Two large oval dormers animate the simple roofline. On the inside, a double height stair hall, with classical detailing organizes the circulation within.
