House 1
Brooklyn, NY 1994
Sited on small urban residential lots
these freestanding homes represent a new interpretation of the
turn-of-the-century classic mansions. Lavishly detailed on both the
interior and exterior; the designs reflect our continuous attention to detail.
Beveled stone quoins frame the façade of this Edwardian style brick mansion in Brooklyn. A carved limestone entablature frames French doors that open from the first floor within to a raised terrace outside. A Juliet balcony off the master bedroom is framed by two oval medallions. A curved copper canopy marks the recessed entrance.
